2005 21ft Compass Omega 524L 4 berth caravan, sited on Greengrass Park, in the Yorkshire countryside between Beverley and Hornsea.
The caravan is in excellent condition, with no damp or serious wear and comprises an ‘L’ shaped sitting area, which converts into a double bed, another small sitting area, which converts into two bunk beds, kitchen area with full cooker (comprising hob and oven/grill), fridge and sink, and end changing room with toilet and shower (although there are toilets and showers on site). There are gas bottles included and electricity is via a pre-paid meter. It has a full Dorema awning, which has an insulated and carpeted wooden floor fitted and a custom made weatherproof wooden frame, so the awning can remain erected all year. The caravan is fully equipped and only needs personal bed linen and towels to be ready for a holiday.
The awning contains 2 large easy chairs and 2 smaller, a small table and chairs and a kitchen cupboard fitment, including fridge freezer, it also has a large screen tv set (which needs a digital set top box, not supplied). The caravan is on a fenced off plot, which is secure for children or pets, in woodland beside a lake which is ideal for fishing and water sports. Outside, included, are a small shed, a metal café-type table and 4 chairs and an ‘L’ shaped heavy wooden bench set.

Access is via a private road, which requires a key fob and there is a friendly pub on site. The park is situated near to the villages of Brandesburton and Leven, which have 4 friendly pubs, 2 supermarkets, butchers with delicatessen, a Chinese takeaway with restaurant, an award winning fish and shop, newsagents and petrol station.
The park is within easy reach of the coastal towns of Hornsea, Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors and The Dales.
